Day 1 -Arrival day – Welcome to Uganda – the Pearl of Africa
Your 10-Day Scheduled Uganda Luxury Safari begins: We meet and greet you, welcoming you to the Pearl of Africa at Entebbe International Airport.
Once you arrive at Entebbe International Airport, it will take 45 minutes until you come to the meet and greet area, where you will meet your driver-guide,

Protea Luxury Resort Hotel by Marriott:
/the Entebbe Protea Hotel by Marriott is directly on Lake Victoria, just minutes to or from Entebbe International Airport. This is your best choice since you fly to Kisoro Airport in Southwest Uganda on day two. The Protea Hotel on Lake Victoria is a luxury hotel with a swimming pool, world-class gym, business center, and great restaurants.
You are close to the airport, Entebbe Botanical Gardens, Golf Courses, sunset cruises, and a shopping mall. Read more about Entebbe.

Day 2- Mgahinga Gorilla Park:
Early Breakfast – The driver will take you to the airport at 6:30 for your scenic flight Ki8soro with Aerolink Safari Airline.
You must pack your luggage into one suitcase or a duffel bag. The maximum weight allowed is 15 kilos. We suggest you look at our Gorilla Trekking packing list and wear your trekking outfit on the flight. Use your daypack as a carry-on for your camera equipment.
Your Driver-Guide will meet you as you land at Kisoro Airport and take you to Mount Gahinga Lodge in Mgahihnga Gorilla Park. It is a short 45-minute drive to the lodge.
This is a scenic drive where the Virunga Volcanoes come into full view as you head to Mgahinga Gorilla Park.
Mount Gahinga Lodge:
The exclusive <punt Gahinga Lodge offers both standard and deluxe cottages. Enjoy world-class cuisine and service at Mgahyinga Gorilla Park’s only luxury lodge.
Activities at Mount Gahinga Lodge:
- Mount Gagahinga Batwa Village Visit: This village was built for the Batwa by the lodge. The Batwa are conservation refugees after their eviction from the park in 1991.
- Batwa Heritage Trail: See the Forest through the eyes of its first people – the Batwa.
- Volcanic Crater Walk: See farms inside and outside of the crater.
- View-Point in Mgahinga Gorilla Park: Scenic Views of the Park and Lake Mutanda.

Day 3-1sr Gorilla Trek in Mgahinga Gorilla Park:
Today, you will be tracking the Gorillas on the sides of the Virunga Volcanoes in Mgahinga Gorilla Park. We provide porter services, bottled water, and a walking stick to make your trek easier. After the Gorilla Trek:
You can do one of the lodge activities or relax and chill out with a great book and a local Uganda Waragi with a Krest Bitter Lemona Soda.

Day 4 – Golden Monkey Trekking:
This morning, you trek up the Virunga Volcanoes to the Bamboo Forests, where you will see the beautiful and lively golden monkeys around you. You will need the same clothes and equipment as on a Gorilla Trek. Read more about Golden Monkey Trekking.
The Golden Monkey trek will take about three hours. After the tour, we will take you to Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge in the Nkuringo area of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge:
The exclusive Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge is one of Uganda’s best Gorilla Lodges, offering world-class service and meals. You will enjoy your cottage with its cozy fireplace in the sitting area of your house.

Day 5 – 2nd Gorilla Trek:
Only in Uganda can you track the Gorillas in two distinctly different habitats. Today, you are the gentle Giants in the ancient Bwindi Impenetrable Rainforest. The Gorilla Trek will take place in the Rohaga area of the park, 40 minutes from Clous Mountain Lodge. Treks can be done according to your fitness level.

Day 6 – Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest:
Early MCorning ‘Flight to Kasese: Take the early morning flight from Kisoro Airport to Kasese, where you will be met by your driver-guide, who will take you to the Crater Lake Safari Lodgea where you will have a fabulous cottage overlooking a crater lake.
You will have lunch at the lodge before you go Chimpanzee Trekking in nearby Kibale Forest.
Crater Lake Safari Lodge:
This Luxury Safari Lodge is near Kibale Forest and Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary, two great tourist attractions. Your cottage will overlook the crater lake, where you can also do some relaxing boating. A swimming pool is available for guests to enjoy. Service and Food are above standards, and our clients have enjoyed staying here.
Chimpanzee Trekking in Ki8bale Forest:
Kibale Forest is the best Chimpanzee Trekking location in East Africa, with almost 100% of Chimpqanzee Sightings. No other place in East Africa can make that promise to you. The Chimpanzee Trek is a lot easier to do than a Gorilla Trek. It begins at 2:00 pm and ends at five pm. You will see and experience the chimpanzees in their Natural Habitat here, guided by experienced Rangers.
Nocturnal Forest Walk.
Experience the Kibale Rainforest at night with Uganda Wildlife Rangers, equipped with powerful flashlights to allow you to see the creatures of the night found in the park.
/The Walk begins after &: 3 pm when the night sets in at Kibale Forest. You will see Bushbabies, Pottos, and even tree-climbing Pangolins. You will not only see the creatures of the night but hear— the shriek of the Hyrax, the hoots of owls, and the sounds of a nightjar.

Day 7 – Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary – Queen Elizabeth Park:
This morning, explore Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary, a UNESCO sustainable Eco-Site, and a Jungle Swamp. It is a safe place since no hippos or crocs are found here. T is a guided walk led by a member of the Bigodi Community. It is home to the large blue turaco and other various bird species.
See many of the primate species here that you saw in Kibale Forest, including Chimpanzees who often come here to forage for fruits. It is a three-hour walk that begins at 8:00 am. It includes birds, primates, mammals like the sitatunga antelopes, and more.
