Many want to spend more time with the Mountain Gorillas and the all-day trek Gorilla Habituation Experience allows you to do so.
You can spend up to 4-hours with a Gorilla Family on the Mountain Gorilla Habituation Safaris occur in the Rushaga Area of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, with four participants being allowed per group. The cost for a permit is 1,500 USD per person.
There are only four participants allowed on the cost for a permit is 1,500 USD.
There is only one group being habituated in the Rushaga area by researchers at present. A safari that takes in the Gorilla Habituation Experience needs to be planned well ahead of time.
