Uganda – The Pearl of Africa shines again, “CNN-Bwindi Impenetrable Forest the Most Beautiful Place in the World.”

April 2019 -CNN-Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, the Most Beautiful Place in the World.  The Pearl of Africa – Uganda shines as Bwindi Impenetrable Forest tops the CNN 25 most beautiful Places in the World List.  The 25,000 plus-year-old Rainforest. A UNESCO World Heritage Site once again was recognized for what it is, an incredibly beautiful place that is beyond compare, that mere words cannot do justice as to what awaits a visitor to the ancient Rainforest.

CNN-Bwindi Impenetrable Forest the Most Beautiful Place in the World. There is the outer beauty, the scenery of ridges, mist-covered almost mystical Valleys, a place of legends and myths, a kind of adventurous “Indiana Jones” or the German Adventure Novelist Karl May’ fictional place, except that it is real, recognized for by CNN. There is also the inner beauty, what the forest contains, half of the Mountain Gorillas in the World, other Primates such as Chimpanzees. Rare species of Birds, Butterflies the size of Birds, Forest Elephants, Chameleon, and other creatures of the day and night.

CNN-Travel The World’s a spectacular place, full of hidden and overt beauty in every corner. But beauty is also subjective. It’d be impossible to get a unanimous decision on the most beautiful places around the World — but we think this list is a good start to plan your travels.
In celebration of Earth Day, we’ve rounded up the best of the best. From lush African forests to vast Latin American deserts, watery Balkan paradises to ancient Middle Eastern cities, here are our picks for the World’s top breathtaking, beautiful destinations.

1. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Uganda

Dense, lush and otherworldly, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is one of the last redoubts of the mountain gorilla. Over 400 call this UNESCO-protected national park home, with the chance for visitors to trek to and meet habituated groups. Its biodiversity extends far beyond its most famous inhabitants. However, 348 bird species and 220 butterfly species can be found within its 331-square-kilometer expanse.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – even the Word Bwindi means darkness, and yet it is the furthest thing from reality, it is an incredibly Beautiful Park filled with an abundance of life.  Home to Mountain Gorillas, Chimpanzees, Colobus Monkeys. Pottos, Bushbabies, rare cats, Forest Elephants with their extra toe, straight tusks.
The Mountain Gorillas attract most Visitors, but it is also one of the most Biodiverse Forests in Africa, add to that a Premier African Birding Destination, a Hikers Paradise aided by its pleasant temperatures.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is not home to Mountain Gorillas. Still, it was the home of the Batwa People who were the First People of the Forest that lived in harmony with nature, leaving a small ecological footprint yet became Conservation Refugees when Bwindi Forest became an official park and Gorilla Sanctuary in 1991. Today you can experience and see the Forest through their eyes on the Batwa Experience in the Buhoma area of Bwindi Forest.
It is not the First Time that CNN Travel recognized Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
CNN-Bwindi Impenetrable Forest the Most Beautiful Place -This is not the first time that CNN Travel has recognized Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. CNN had placed Bwindi Forest on one of the Best Parks in Africa  List.  That it is and now it has been named as the most beautiful place in the World.  That is quite an honor and comes at the right time as more and more Africa Travelers are looking as to which African country to visit.
CNN Travel is not the only one to see Bwindi Forest for what it is, an incredible Place of Scenic and Natural Wonders.  UNESCO recognized it as a World Heritage Site.
National Geographic Traveller UK Edition put Uganda and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest on its 2019 Cool List.
Lonely Planet added Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to its “most unusual Honeymoon Destination.  Fodor’s Travel raved recently raved about the Forest, and that is just a few.

The Reality is that Bwindi Impenetrable Forest stands out from the typical African Safari Destination in that it is only one of 4 National Parks in Africa where Gorilla Trekking can be done. Among them, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest comes out once again as Number One with the most Gorillas, most Gorilla Families to visit and might one add, safety and affordability.
CNN recognizes what we have always known:
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a park that we are very passionate about, including in the parks preservation and cons\ervation that Gorilla Tourism pays for and the benefits that the local community receives. Without Gorilla Tourism in Bwindi Forest, the park by now would be a fraction of the present size.
The park is an island in a sea of surrounding people, all seeking to eke out a livelihood.  Tourism and Eco-Tourism, in particular, is the key to preserving this park, its beauty, primates, wildlife, birds, and the surrounding communities.
We Know Bwindi Impenetrable Forest well, we have trekked Mountain Gorillas there, traversed the park via its scenic Trails, we have even biked in the Forest.  Mostly, however, we bring visitors on a Gorilla Safari to the park. We act as a sort matchmaker setting a date for your encounter with the Gentle Giants of the Forest. The actual meeting is up to the Gorillas. However, 99% of our Clients see it as the event of a lifetime.
