Ruboni Community Camp is a project that benefits the local people through jobs and community projects. The Camp has three Bandas with bath, six rooms – one of them with a bathroom, however hot water has to be brought to the room.
The other rooms are shared bath. The price is right at this budget camp and the food is good, the restaurant providing sumptuous meals for those climbing the Rwenzoris or exploring its foothills. The setting of the camp provides great views of the Rwenzori Mountains of the Moon.
This upmarket lodge just next to the Village of Ruboni is simply a fabulous place. The Stone cottages have a fireplace to take the chill off of Rwenzori nights, its exquisitely furnished and the Restaurant simply serves great food.
The lodge is a a place where you can relax and chill out after a long Rwenzori Trek or Hike.
Ruboni Village and that includes Equator Snow Lodge is away from the normal Tourist Crowds and you can enjoy the peace of your surroundings while there.
