Uganda – Lonely Planet -Best Country to Visit-2012 – What about in 2018. Since countless publications have picked 2012 Uganda as one of the Best All-Around Safari Destinations in Africa. It is the Pearl of Africa, according to Winston Churchill – it is Africa – Condensed into a small country according to Lonely Planet – it is the most Bio-Diverse – in 2017 CNN is filming the Wonders of Uganda. It has put two of Uganda’s Parks as Best Parks in Africa. Uganda is home to almost 5,000 chimpanzees, which is more than any other East African Country, Kibale Forest Rainforest Jungle, where the West African Jungle meets East Africa.
Uganda is still home to the tallest Mountain Range, the Rwenzori Mountains of the Moon (taller than the Alps), where new trails have been opened up along with a Visitors Information Center. Uganda in the East and Southwest of the country has four volcanoes that you can climb and explore along with their otherworldly Afro-Montane Vegetation.
Uganda is home to an abundance and variety of wildlife in parks such as Kidepo Valley National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, where you see the wildlife without the crowds.
