Understanding Our Flexible Booking Policy

Our flexible booking policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when planning your safari. We recognize that travel plans can change, so we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please notify us at least 30 days before the start of your safari. In that case, you can change your travel dates and rebook without incurring any additional change fees. This flexible approach applies to all our safaris, including those featuring gorilla, chimpanzee, and golden monkey trekking.

It’s essential to note that, while we prioritize flexibility, specific regulations from the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) may impose limitations on particular changes. However, we are committed to working with you to find the best possible solution. Unlike many tour operators in Uganda, we maintain this flexible policy to better serve our clients.

Additionally, our policy allows you to secure future safari dates with a small down payment, which is solely for permits. You can then pay the remaining balance in installments at your convenience. Suppose you need to cancel your safari less than 30 days before departure. In that case, you can still transfer your deposit to a future safari, ensuring that your investment is not lost and allowing you to reschedule your adventure for a more suitable time.

Our Flexible Booking Policy

Our flexible Booking was put into place during the Covid Pandemic. Now that the pandemic is over, we decided to put the flexible Booking Policy in place for your convenience.

• Please take advantage of our Flexible payments option: Lock in your trip with a deposit and then pay the rest in installments whenever you like, with no interest or fees. 

• Use our Flexible deposit option: Should you Safari within 30 days before the Safari begins, you can transfer your deposit to a future safari and indefinitely hold your deposit on file. We only require Gorilla, Chimpanzee, and Golden Monkey tracking permit down payment in full to secure them with the Uganda Wildlife Authority with our flexible booking options.

• No change fees:  If you let us know about your change in safari plans at least 30 days before your departure, the fees to change your Safari. (Gorilla, Chimpanzee, and Golden Monkey Tracking Permits depend on Uganda Wildlife Authority or their fkexibu=ilty,

• Lock in your Safari now:  You can lock in your future safari dates, including Primate tracking permits, with a minimal down payment for tickets only.
