The Hotel was last renovated in 2008, however much of it colonial accents remain throughout the hotel, like in the lobby. The rooms are for the most part quite comfortable, the showers work, WiFi is functioning and you can always take a dip in the pool, work out in the gym or take a nap in your air-conditioned room to cool down from the equatorial sun, though the Lake Breeze helps a lot.
At night you can see the lightning over the lake, look up to the sky filled with nothing but stars and the moon, enjoy a great outside or inside dinner before your safari starts the next day and the breakfast is simply great here.
The Hotel is located on 9 acres that are maintained like a Botanical Garden for you to enjoy, parking is safe and inside with gate security 24 hours a day.
There is a FOREX Bureau on the premises where you can change your money into Ugandan Shillings, another convenience for you.
