Lake Albert Safari Lodge  is located in the  Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve and offers dining overlooking Lake Albert – Bush Dinners – Nature Walks,  Fossil Hunting, Game Drives, Guided Birding, Fishing Village Walks, Fishing for Nile Perch, Mountain Biking, ATV Quad Bike Safaris.


Lake Albert Safari Lodge  – Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve, the lodge, and cottages are situated, on a  cliff overlooking the vast Lake Albert with the Blue Mountains across the Lake in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

You can take in lunch or dinner overlooking the Lake or eat in the Dining room – another choice is having a Bush Dinner on the Savannah of the Kabwoya Wildlife which simply a spectacular treat and you can enjoy a sunset while you dine in the Bush creating memories on your Safari in Uganda.

At Lake Albert Safari Lodge – Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve you stay in spacious, comfortable cottages, they are en-suite for your added comfort- the cottages are nicely and tastefully furnished with nature in mind and almost all of them have stunning views of Lake Albert below.  Most fruits and vegetable come from local gardens for added freshness to your meals.  Fresh Fish such as Nile Perch and Tilapia can also be obtained by the Lodge from the Fishermen in the Village near the Lodge that you can visit on a guided walk.

 The staff here is service orientated with your comfort in mind during you stay at Lake Albert Safari Lodge.  Great Private cottages, a comfortable main-lodge with dining area, the stunning views of the escarpment of the Western Rift , the vastness of Lake Albert and the Congo across it.

While here you can go on game drive, take a horseback riding safari, go fossil hunting with a guide, nature walks on the savanna and or riverine forest where you can see birds, black and white colobus monkey and chimpanzees.

Not many tour companies stop off here with their clients on the way to Murchison Falls Park or Kibale Forest Park.  We have brought many a client here for that perfect and scenic halfway spot between Murchison Falls Park and Kibale Forest Park, breaking the 7 hour drive into more palatable portions.
