Combine the Best Primate Encounters with the best Wildlife Encounters in two different stunning settings that point out as to how Biodiverse Uganda is.

Combine the Best of Uganda-Gorilla Trekking with remote Kidepo Valley Park – only in Uganda, the Pearl of Africa can you combine the Gorilla Highlands with one of the most stunning parks in all of Afric with its abundant Wildlife – Kidepo Valley Park.

The combined Gorilla and Kidepo Valley Park can be a fly-In Safari from Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and back to Entebbe. From there continue to Kidepo Valley Park via Aerolink regional airline specializing in Safari Flights. The fly in Safari can include the Tree-Climbing Lions of Ishasha, Queen Elizabeth Park and Kibale Forest Chimpanzee trekking.  The total length of a Fly in Safari would be seven to ten days.

The other less costly option is to do the Safari beginning in Kigali, Rwanda and ending in Entebbe, Uganda, for your flight out. Such a safari would be twelve days long.  This would be a Big-7 Safari and include Bwindi Forest, Queen Elizabeth Park, Kibale Forest, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Kidepo Valley Park and Murchison Falls Park.

Neither Safari is prepackaged but would be created to fit your schedule and pocketbook.  Both the fly-in and by road Safari cand be done as a Private, Value+ Mid-Range or Luxury Safari with your personal Driver/Guide who knows Uganda, does not need a GPS Device.

We suggest that your focus for this Safari should be just on Uganda, the Pearl of Africa.

 Kidepo Valley Park:

A park, that everyone talks but few visit Kidepo  Valley Park. The reason, it is remote, it takes either time on the road or money for flights. The costs and effort are outweighed by what one finds and discovers there.  Africa as it used to be. African as one imagines it, only better. A pristine wilderness, a lost Eden and according to CNN, one of the best, if not the best Savannah parks in all of Africa.

Those that do venture here find Africa without the crowds. Less than ten visitors a day make the journey.

Those who have no regrets. It is an experience that cannot be replicated elsewhere. There is nothing that compares to Kidepo Balley Park in the remote Karamoja region of Uganda.

We have much to learn from them as we see the forest through their eyes. Learn of medicinal plants used for various ailment. Sources of Food, how weapons were made, and how they regarded the Mountain Gorillas, other primates and the wildlife and birds found in the forest.

Years ago they left the Savannah of Kidepo Vally Park and established safe villages away from cattle-raiders.

There is only one way to visit them and that on foot. It is an eight-hour all-day trek.
