I just have a day or two available - what can I
do in one or two days in Uganda?
A question, an email we get a lot of - can I see
anything of Uganda's Wildlife or
The answer is a resounding yes, there is lots
that you can do and see in just one or two days - with two days you can
enjoy a night in the African Wilderness or in jungles of Kibale Forest
and still make it in time for your departure at Entebbe airport.
People come to Uganda for many reasons - Business,
Conferences, a volunteer team, a visit to friend. Before they
come, they are most often focused on what needs to be done. Once
they get here - experience the holiday weather, meet the warm people,
take in some sights, they wonder about what else there is to do.
Many times they get on the internet and check around coming on a site
such as this one that deals in creating Ugandan adventures, short or
long in nature.
Why not look at spending a day or two in the wilds
of Africa. if you are in Uganda for a short visit, have a day or
two spare, why not explore Uganda, the pearl of Africa and take with you
some lasting impressions of the beauty, wonder and wildlife of this
country.
Uganda has much to offer that you will not find in
other African Countries. There is the wildlife and that you can
find in other African countries, but we have some of best concentrations
of Primates in all of Africa, over 1000 species of birds, wild waters
from mild to wild...all places to spend a day or two.
Most Foreigners want bit of the African Wild, a bit
of excitement, see some of the country side, move outside of Kampala,
see Uganda and of course take in its scenic wonders, its beauty that is
always draped in shades of rich green (this is the emerald country of
Africa and definitely East Africa.)
The reason most do not go on a Safari after coming
to Uganda are two restraining factors: Time - and yet you can see
a lot in a day or two, the second is budgetary - the question is "can I
afford it?" Since these trips are one or two days in nature, they
become affordable especially if you go with a few others.
At Kabiza Wilderness Safaris we love to introduce
you to a Uganda that you could easily miss. Below are some of our
