I dreamed of Africa

The journey begins here...the dreams - some day to come to fruition.

As a young boy I had scarlet fever and read every book I could since there was lots of time.  One of my childhood heroes was Albert Schweitzer who had established a hospital in Lambarene, Congo.  I read his story and the seed was sown within.  It was not until I reached my 40's that I went to Africa.  Now that I am back home I still dream of Africa.
