• African Fever:  A most delightful and classy travelogue. I truly enjoyed it.  This woman travels Africa with her backpack and camera.  You will enjoy the accounts and pictures of Malawi, Cameroon, Ghana and more to come.  There is a forum, f.a.q. section, books to read and fantastic photography.  It is in German, but do not dismay, get the google toolbar and you can instantly translate it.  She calls it  " the ultimate Africa site with the palm tree."  I am sure you will like it.

• Geoff's Travel Scrap Book:  There are travelogues that put you to sleep and then there are Travelogues that take you there.  Geoff takes you to many places including my favorite "Africa." Here you can catch the spirit of Mother Africa in words and pictures...it is certainly worth a visit.

• Joseph's World Travels - Why Africa?:  Some very interesting thoughts on Africa.  I like the style, very unlike many travelogues one reads about Africa that focus mostly on wildlife but not on the people.

• One Year Africa:  One Year Africa contains about twenty stories and a lot of pictures about my wandering around Eastern and Southern Africa. The stories are about the impressions of a young man traveling in Africa, the pictures show a positive face of the African people.  This site deserves a second and third look...

• Travel Document Africa: Travel documentary about Africa, being written as it happens from Africa. This one is worth following up on.  You can see the other website from the hardy African Traveler at One Year Africa .

• Trekshare:  Here you can upload your own African Travelogue with pictures.  A nice place, a community of Travelers.

• Travel Notes:  An interesting sites, a combination of contributions of travelers like myself and country by country information.

• Out of Africa - Too - One Man's Journey: A mzungu's (westerner's)  look at life in East Africa.  One of the oldest and complete travelogues regarding life and travel in East Africa.  Over 500 web pages of stories and pictures covering a span of 16 years of experiencing Africa.
