• EuroAfricaCentral.com: The EAC is an International organization which came into existence on the 5th of May 2004 as a result of many factors including an overwhelming discontentment documented by our  Europe-wide survey among the majority of the people of African descent in Europe, (Euro-Africans or African-Europeans), and in the Diaspora concerning the perpetual misrepresentation of Africa by the western media, whereby Africa is often seen or presented ignorantly as a country, where nothing else reigns other than cataclysms and wild animals roaming in the savanna.

• OneWorld Africa:  In depth news behind the news.  Articles with an emphasis on Human Rights, Humanitarian disasters, wars in Africa, things you normally do not find in the news.

• BBC News - Africa:  BBC does one of the best jobs in covering Africa in regards to news.  It is one of my personal favorites.  This is the printed version of the news with special updates for each region and country.  You can also see or hear news broadcasts.

• Focus on Africa Magazine:  This online magazine has excerpts from the printed version.  Excellent in depth news articles for anyone who wants a better understanding of Africa.

• All Africa.com:  This is an excellent site for the latest news from Africa and in depth background stories of current events regarding the African continent.

• The East African:  An excellent regional weekly newspaper covering East Africa and beyond.  It primarily covers Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania but includes news and articles on Rwanda, Sudan, Somalia and other places in Africa.

• Mail and Guardian:  A South African newspaper with coverage of the African continent.  An excellent source for current news and background information.

• Africa Today:  This is one of my favorite magazines, but very hard to get unless you live in a large city where there is an excellent International Newspaper and Magazine Store.  This is the limited on line version.

• Nigerian Master Web:  If you are looking for news from Nigeria and Africa in general, this is the place for you.  Latest updates and great in depth articles are found here. Besides, you can get the latest world news from an African perspective.
